Promethease reports can be generated from Living DNA raw data files.
To download your raw data from Living DNA, select "Download Raw Data" from the left of the screen when you are logged in to your Living DNA account. After checking the 'Consent' box, three choices will appear just below the Consent statement. Click on:
- Download autosomal (family ancestry) raw marker data
This .txt file is the one to upload using the 'upload raw data' button for Promethease report generation.
Living DNA has two other downloadable files, which are .csv files with "mtDNA" and "FT-DNA" information, but because they lack SNP names ("rsIDs") they are not compatible with Promethease.
