Note to Gregor: the orientation issue is certainly confusing for this SNP in dbSNP, but since it's on the minus strand, when this SNP is (A), the forward strand is (T), leading to a (TTC) codon, coding for phenylalanine. Greg (talk) 02:02, 17 June 2015 (UTC)
