Shouldn't it be CC that has increased risk of bilary issues due to the fact that the order was reversed in the publication which showed GG had increased risk of bilary issues?

No, we don't believe so. The risk is associated with the less common allele, which is G as defined on the forward strand. Greg (talk) 06:41, 30 December 2018 (UTC)
