How is it that the mentioned genotypes here are all G/T while all the genotypes I've seen sequenced on 23andme are A/T?
- All of mine are A/C, which is what is expected from the orientation. Going off OpenSNP's data, I do not believe this is a tri-allelic SNP. I would contact 23andme if you are sure you have profiles showing A/T.Neverknowsbest (talk) 10:37, 29 March 2015 (UTC)
