dbSNP currently shows this as C/T plus orientation with alternate alleles A/G. However looking at the submitted sequences, it appears that there are not alternate alleles, but that some were submitted with incorrect orientation. Meanwhile, HapMap and 23andMe call this A/G with plus orientation, so it appears that this should actually be C/T minus.
