Research behind Yasko's claims[edit]
"Yasko believes that believes BHMT-02 and BHMT-04 play a role in the gut environment. Yasko also believes that BHMT-08 is related to the impact that psychological stress has on a patient's attention levels."
OK, but why does Yasko believe this? I've just done some digging in PubMed and couldn't find any research about this, but I'm all ears!

- I can only agree. We've tried to make the lack of Yasko credentials clear on that page, (admittedly it is unclear on this one). When the Yasko stuff was brought it, it was because it was slightly better than having no information about a given SNP. Even having a page to refute Yasko misinformation would be valuable. However this page is a prime example of one where the limited info is potentially misleading. Aggressive edits are most welcome. --- cariaso 13:22, 19 April 2014 (UTC)
