HLA-DP
From SNPedia
HLA-DP is the gene family/locus for a heterodimer cell-surface receptor in the HLA system. It is composed of α/β subunits from HLA-DPA1 and HLA-DPB1. The gene combination determines the DP serotype: DPw1-DPw6. The subunit variants are associated with various immune disease risks such as sarcoidosis, hepatitis B, and beryllium disease.
