Polymorphism within HDAC2 (Histone Deacetylase 2).
Has been examined as a predictor of tumour recurrence in carcinoma patients, but unlike other SNPs analysed ( Rs1741981 or Rs2547547 ), did not correlate with recurrence-free survival.
